Careers & Benefits

Employment

We pay $21/hr. Over time, we pay $31.50/hr up to 20 hours. We also pay 7 holidays, which include Karen Martyr's Day. SICK TIME ACCRUAL Employees begin accruing paid sick time after 80 hours of consecutive employment, at which point employees then accrue a minimum of one hour for every 30 hours worked.

Will I be able to easily communicate with the Personal Care Attendant and have continued access to my Care Manager? This is the core of Tomanpa Home Health Care's approach. We believe you should never feel a lack of control or communication with your Personal Care Attendant. For this reason, you are assigned a Care Manager who is always available.

Integrity

Has a sense of trust been established? At Tomanpa Home Health Care, we believe this is the key to a comfortable relationship and to the client's well-being. That's why we carefully screen all our Personal Care Attendants and provide a written contract.

Your Safety & Trust Is Our Priority

Our Personal Care Attendants are carefully hand-picked. Background and reference checks are performed. Prior work experience and skills are validated. In addition, each Personal Care Attendant is an employee of Tomanpa Home Health Care and is covered by professional liability and workers' compensation insurance. All of these allow our clients to enjoy safe, high-quality care they can trust.
